Some years ago i bought a Tailmate brake light flasher.
Now it's broken and i want a new one.
Problem is i can't remember where i got it.
On the installation instructions is a site but it's "gone"....

www.brakeflasher.co.uk

It's a very small black cube about (3cm*2cm*1,5cm) (1,18inch*0,78inch*0,59 inch) with 3 wires connected red, yellow, black.

Does anybody know where to get it?

Since it seems impossible to get the same brake light modulator, i got one from SMIDSY :

http://www.smidsy.biz

I've replaced all the bulbs with leds i can use this one :

http://www.smidsy.biz/ledbrakemodulator.php

As you can see here, it has a modus that holds the brake light on 30% of it's power so i creates even more light.

The package is small enough to fit in the rear light reflector near the sockets.

I have a transmitter attached to the rear brakelight circuit, with the receiver and flashing LEDs on the back of my helmet. The receiver needs batteries only once per year. It's nice when following drivers give me an extra twenty feet of clearance at each stoplight. I still have to remember to turn on the receiver each time I ride.

Cheers,
Bob

Buy the same basic thing from here. Flashes at 10 Hz (a "buzzing look") for 2 seconds, then goes solid red. Really catches your eye! The two wire install (cut the existing brake light wire, insert, seal) is nice, too.

I use it on my scoot and the brake visibility is much better, it definitely grabs your attention.
