Greek Vespa winter meeting and solo ride to Albania

In February 2022, the pan-Hellenic Vespa winter meeting took place in Ioannina.. There was snow on the route in some cases as well . As soon as the meeting was over, I drove to Albania, where I crossed the Buthrot lagoon with the traditional floating boat .At the end of Video I was in Meteora,a legendary place from rocks!

The road conditions out there is far away from what do you know.They are asphalt but so much madness!

You must take care yourself and others,pedestrians and drivers,at the same time.

Not easy but also not affordable!

Looks like we'll be there in mid may for about two weeks and spend the time in the south part of the country although I was hoping to make the valbonne to theth hike. The roads look like they'll be an adventure in themselves, although I've heard that in the last couple years there's been a lot of improvement going. Personally i always appreciate "the barrier of effort" that keeps everyone within 100 yards of the pavement and leaves everything else less travelled. Can't find any scooter rental yet, so it seems unlikely to happen. Keep us posted on your trip and be sure to post up plenty of pictures!
edit: i misunderstood, checking the video now!
