new fuel lines, new vacuum lines, a new petcock, brake fluid flush, motor oil and filter, final drive oil, and a new air filter. Am I shocked? Not really. Although I could have done all of it myself. I may have not figured out the petcock getting stuck issue. So, while I was waiting a couple of days, I got my 79 P200 out, kicked it over about four times and surprisingly it ran great. I have rebuilt a couple of P's and i know how finicky the adjustments and how the needle can clogg up easily. So I rode it up to the gas station and filled her up. So now I've got 2 scooters ready to go out ridding again. 😎

Well it's been over 10 years since my last post. I haven't ridden my scooter (s) for about 5 years. My 2007 GT stopped running back then, acted like it ran out of fuel. So there it sat. I rented a scooter in Hawaill last February and it renewed my feeling in getting my scooter fixed, but failed. In May we went to Tahiti and rented scooters for the whole trip. Scooters rule in Tahiti. I even checked out the Vespa dealer there. So that really got me wanting to fix up my GT. I also have two 1979 P200's that I've used to work on and they're just sitting also. So since the local scooter shop is 3 blocks from my house I decided tomorrow I'm pushing my GT there to get it running again. Wish me luck.

Two P200s, This model was my first scooter in the late 70's then there was loads about in the U.K, Now IF you can get one they demand big money dead or alive and you have two 
at least get one up and running.
