Congratulations, Jess!

As much as I liked my GT, I'm *really* happy with the GTS. I haven't really noticed the smoothness issue at low speeds that you mentioned, so maybe you'll be able to work through that one.

Needless to say, I like your taste (RED, Faco mid-size & GIVI - don't forget just a bit of chrome! )

The only place where it falls down (and only a little) is the smoothness at low speed, where it's a bit thumpy, much like the LX is. The GT, when properly adjusted and when the transmission is relatively free of dust, is smoother at low speed than the GTS.
I've noticed that too. The GT I rode had 3200 miles on it though, so I figure when you get a few grand on the odo, the GTS will get a little silkier. However, it's a longer stroke, it's gonna throb it bit more.

Indeed. I was already thinking that. I'm thinking the mid-sized Faco.
Jess ive just put the very same on my gts and i highly recommend it.
I now reach the top end easily.....on the black gts......but ear plugs are needed....

Black GTS with BLACK upholstery? Is that non-US spec only? Or custom?
