Yeah, the building was condemned many years ago and they were going to bulldoze it, but local groups were able to raise enough money to have it renovated. They are turning it into an Ecology education center -- the Scouts are gone. The structure and shell of the building has been redone, but work seems to have stalled on the inside for the last year...

Yeah it's really tucked out of the way. Their website says not to bother with gps or google maps cause they can't find it. Though google must have updated, I had no problem.
