Here's a NEW game to pass the time at work and sharpen your movie quote trivia skills! Rules: Post 3 quotes from any movie. To "win the tag", the poster must id both the actor and the movie the quote came from. Hints given upon request. Footnote: The original poster can verify the answers. If an answer is wrong., a 2nd poster can swoop in and "steal the tag" with a correct reply. Enjoy!

lol! you guys rule with the star wars dialogue. Star Wars geeks apply here! Small side bar...what did you guys think of the clone wars- animated film? I hear it's to set up the animated tv show, so critics trashed the film.

I though it was "ok"......the animation imho was lacking something.

OK...small hint. The first one is from a 1970 film. The third one is from a 2006 film. The middle one is from a film I'm sure most of this crowd will know.

Didn't see it... have no desire to see it... fed up with George Lucas as this point... Episodes 1-3 didn't do anything for me... I was mildly entertained, but the magic is gone... Once you start using CGI for just about everything, it kills the fantasy.

I miss the costumes and the make-up and the miniatures...

If Peter Jackson had done the first 3 'sodes, they would have been AMAZING!

3) The expanded quote was:

And provide hints: The first is from a cult classic, the second from a film that has a much, much more famous quote (best delivered with a Southern drawl), and the third from what may have been one of the most pointless, awful sci-fi movies made in the '70s. (Additional hint...I doubt the lead actor ever wore heels in any other movie.)

I love movies (good ones for obvious reasons) but I'm 'poorly viewed' as it were. I just don't see many and my rental card expired years ago with nary a scratch on it. As a result, I suck at this thread (did get Star Wars )
