Sean Gullette as Maximillian Cohen. Dark flic. Disturbing and fascinating at the same time. Nothing else quite like it.

Kevin Dillon as Rooney. Underrated and largely forgotten, but a great story with riotously funny scenes - especially if you've gone through 'The System'.

1. "Dad...how could you hate 'the Colonel'?"

From: "So I Married an Axe Murderer "

Mike Myers talking to...Mike Myers. Father to son.

2. "I know you! I stole the baby from you while you were taking a pee pee!"

From: "Willow"

3. "Okay, Okay! Michael Jackson didn't really come over to my house to use the bathroom. But his sister did!"

From: "The Goonies"

(Now to try and come up with current films this time, since I have a bad habit of choosing older films...or at least older than these. )

Perhaps hints are needed...or everyone is out riding. In case it's the former, here are some hints for the films listed above:

1) Most of the gang in the film ride Triumphs. They warm up to the lead charater later.

2) The lead character in this movie also appeared in Children of Men in a smaller - and very different - role.

3) The actor who delivered this line won an Oscar for the part.

Perfect score, badpenguin!

The other quote I considered using from the The World's Fastest Indian was "Beer money" when the leader gives Burt Munro cash before he leaves for America. I also considered "In these shoes? I don't think so!" for Kinky Boots.

I loved both these films.

And the dead giveaway quote I considered for LMS was: "Nietzsche? So you stopped talking because of Friedrich Nietzsche? Far out."

The fastest Indian is a must see! Good choices!

Ok...mine will probably be pretty easy.

1. "Not that one, it's an original pressing"

2. "He was one of the lucky ones. He managed to escape in a balloon during the Jimmy Carter presidency."

3. "Listen up, Margo, those action figures are very important to me. They're worth a lot of money. And if I don't see every damned one back on my desk pretty soon, then, you can tell your teddy to watch his back."

I'm not sure, but wasn't that first one - "not that one, it's an original pressing" - from "Shaun of the Dead"? They're pawing through through Shaun's record collection choosing albums to fling at the approaching zombies but looking at each record to decide whether or not it's expendable.

I'll take an assist, if I'm correct, but you can have the goal and posting rights.

Another great line from the movie: "Who died and made you fucking king of the zombies?"

And the scene where Shaun heads to the convenience store near the beginning...priceless!

In Repo Man that was Sy Richardson as "Lite".

For the other quote it's Raymond in the movie Rain Man.

I'm confused as the game appears to be morphing. Are we moving to one quote at a time?

Well done! I was beginning to think I'd killed the thread.

B) Satine (Nichole Kidman) in Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge:

"I'm a courtesan. I'm paid to make men believe what they want to believe."

But the "same actor" was the always wonderful Jim Broadbent. The bartender in The Crying Game, Zidler in Moulin Rouge, and W.S. Gilbert in Topsy Turvey. Jaye Davidson was only in The Crying Game.

The alternate line I considered - that I figured might be too tricky - was the one Zidler calls out during one of the musical numbers: "Everything's going so well..." When of course it's not. I tend to use it when I'm having one of "those days" at work.

Your turn!

Well OK, then. It's Bruce Willis! Always fun to have the double quest!

a) Sixth Sense (who says child psychology is dead?)

b) Pulp Fiction (well actually, the name "Butch"....)

c) Die Hard (bring on the fire trucks!)

Give me a moment to rustle up some new quotes.

Two of these should be easy because the movies are so current, plus those two give the clue to the third one: the third film was made - almost 40 years ago - by the father of the man who says the lines in the first two movies.

a) "I don't want to see this on your myspace page."

b) "I know what dude I am. I'm the dude playin' the dude, disguised as another dude!"

c) And for the third movie, multiple quotes:

"I'm stacked up over LaGuardia, and I'm not coming down for anybody"
"My man uses Face-Off, he's really outasight.. and so are his pimples."
"The Borman Six girl got to have soul." (There's some controversy on the exact quote....and it's been a while since I've seen the film.)

Thanks for resurrecting this! I was so embarassed to be a "thread killer."

a) Iron Man. Tony Stark is riding in the back of the humvee and the young solders want to take cell phone photos. He says: "I don't want to see this on your myspace page. Please no gang signs. "

b) Tropic Thunder

c) Putney Swope

--------------------

Now for the do-over, I'll stick to "current events." These are all quotes from 2008 movies.

a) I don't hear as good as I used to, and I ain't as pretty as I used to be.

b) If it were true that children emulate their teachers, we'd have a lot more nuns running around.

c) Tonight you're all gonna be part of a social experiment. Through the magic of diesel fuel and ammonium nitrate, I'm ready right now to blow you all sky high.

There were Oscar nominations or wins for all of these.

3 new ones:

1. You tell me where my suit is, woman! We are talking about the greater good!
2. There's nothing more toxic or deadly than a human child. A single touch could kill you.
3. This is called farming! You kids are gonna grow all kinds of plants! Vegetable plants, pizza plants.

Big Hint: All three are films from the same animation studio...

I posted earlier but it never appeared...what's up with that?
1. The Incredibles
2. Monsters, Inc.
3. Wall-e

Btw, Wall-e is one of my favorite movies. Absolutely love it. I wanted to name my scooter club after the gang in it, Rogue Robots.

Try these: (should be easy)

1) "I pity the fool who don't eat my cereal."
2) "'Round the world and home again, that's the sailor's way."
3) "Why didn't somebody tell me my ass was so big?"

Two reasonably current; one not so much but I was alive when it was made.

1. "Grief is nature's most powerful aphrodisiac"
2. "I've been having so much fun I forgot to take my medicine."
3. "So you like booze, eh buddy? I didn't know you wanted it that bad. I'll give you all the booze you want"

I guess I need to give hints.

1. "Grief is nature's most powerful aphrodisiac"
--Highest paid comedic actor that year, in a cameo role--

2. "I've been having so much fun I forgot to take my medicine."
--The Hard Goodbye--

3. "So you like booze, eh buddy? I didn't know you wanted it that bad. I'll give you all the booze you want"
--Clearly someone is alcoholic--

I have #2 and #3:

"I've been having so much fun I forgot to take my medicine."

>>>> Sin City

"So you like booze, eh buddy? I didn't know you wanted it that bad. I'll give you all the booze you want"

>>>> Days of Wine and Roses

I'm happy to let BlueBuddha post the next set, but I do have three more queued up. It's just that I did such an effective job of killing the thread earlier that I hesitate to unleash anything potentially obscure.

On the other hand, the Days of Wine and Roses one from this last tag was a stretch!
