In the spirit of scooter-tag, I am throwing this idea out there, a somewhat competitive spin on the theme.

I am posting a picture of a VERY small post-office, with a scooter. I am compelling fellow scooterists from anywhere the tentacles of MV reach, to post THEIR scooter, with an even SMALLER (smaller?) post office. And so on.

If, and when the posts on the given subject dead-head, and the previous posters to that subject agree via a post that the last person wins that category that winning someone can post their scooter near some other extreme landmark, (largest, wettest, tallest ugliest, etc). and the whole waste of time begins again.

Worth a try? Let me begin...

"Show me a smaller Post Office..."

That sounds like a great adventure for a day or maybe make a weekend of it.

I think it would have to be a day trip. When I did a google search, the closest hotel was 59 miles away in the opposite direction. The post office is in a town bordering the FL Everglades with a population of 11.

Geez Matty... did ya have to start with the smallest one in California? Is that little shack actually functional or a landmark??

The smallest post office in the USA is On US 41 at Ochopee.

Collier Co FL, Crap, I can't tag it from here.

Burning Man
Okay I can't get my scooter there because they don't allow them... maybe next year as an art car though? Not the smallest post office, but probably one in existence for the shortest time every year.

And yes, you can send and receive real US mail!

Hi Sonia
That's a beatuiful nighttime photo. Maybe you can post a shot of Conrad's trike at the Burning Man post office? Dunno if it would count. Gotta check with the judges.
Happy New Year!

Yeah unless we are going to stray from the current tag (the smallest Post office) or if someone is going to scoot to FL, then we are at a stand still.

These 2 nation wides get som traction and we would love to have you join in:
http://www.modernvespa.com/forum/topic35708 (currently looking for any cool Neon and your scoot)
and
http://www.modernvespa.com/forum/topic47024 (currently looking for your scoot, a baseball, and a baseball field).
