http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandung -- Average low temperature 17-19 °C (63-67 °F) all year -- no need to gloves to keep warm. I don't wear gloves when it is warm.

BIGDDY I'm so glad you asked! I was curious myself and it seemed pretty easy to figure out but I wasn't sure either....

Somehow this brings geocaching to mind...
